Thesallian Limited has been involved in providing Specialist Security Consultancy Services to Private and Commercial Clients in the United Kingdom and Internationally since the company’s foundation in 2020.

Consultancy expertise has been honed through over three and a half decades of practical experience of specialist Law Enforcement and Military operations; including complex covert and overt investigations; regional, national, and international Risk Mitigation, and; strategic and tactical Crisis Management.

What do Criminal, Civil, and Commercial Investigations involve?

Thesallian Limited investigations begin with the careful analysis and assessment of all the available information, to fully understand any criminal, civil, or organisational issues which may affect you, and to confirm and agree the objectives that you are seeking to achieve.

Our Investigators will seek to identify, and determine identifiable risks to you, and/or your organisation, before designing a bespoke Investigation Plan designed to:

· Maximise evidential capture.

· Mitigate identified risks.

· Realise agreed objectives.

All our investigation plans are underpinned with investigative strategy documents tailored to your needs; to demonstrate the necessity, proportionality, legality, and ethical rationale behind each key management decision.

At the conclusion of our investigations, Thesallian can produce detailed reports for internal use, an evidential package for handover to Law Enforcement, or a full set of Case Papers for use in Private or Civil prosecutions.

Your Thesallian investigator can also attend Courts, Tribunals, or internal organisational Standards Hearings to provide expert evidence, or advice, as required.

What are Investigation Reviews?

Regrettably, there are occasions where a Criminal, Civil, or Organisational Investigation may be undermined as a result of reduced investigative staffing resources, excessive investigator workloads, and/or investigative inexperience.

This can result in you being told that a Crime you have reported to Law Enforcement Agencies, or an internal organisational investigation cannot be pursued due to a perceived lack of evidence.

This has the potential to adversely affect you personally as an individual, or professionally in your capacity as a Commercial Enterprise, or Non-Governmental Organisation CEO, Director, or Manager.

This does not have to be the case.

With over 2 decades of experience reviewing investigations, Thesallian Limited can forensically examine and analyse Law Enforcement, or internal organisational investigative cases.

This process includes a detailed review of all the available evidence and information, to asses of the efficacy of any previous investigation plan(s), identify opportunities to enhance them going forward, and detect potential new lines of enquiry where applicable.

Our Reviewing Officer can then provide a detailed report underpinning their findings, to a standard designed to provide the Client with an evidential file to assist Law Enforcement, and Prosecuting Agencies to successfully pursue their investigation(s) and take legal action against identified offenders, where appropriate.
